Oxford, St. Mary Magdalen parish. Gilbert, bishop of London, commands the vice-archdeacon to restore the church of St. Mary Magdalen to the canons of Oseney. 1174.

Seal: The original has a seal, 3 1/4 inches by 2 1/4 inches, grey wax varnished brown, attached by a label of parchment. There is no reverse seal. A bishop standing, with crosier in left hand, the head pointing outwards and crossing the inscription between L and B Legend: ‘[GIL]BE[RTU]S DE[I G]RACIA LVNDONIEN’
