Oxford, All Saints' parish. Oseney confirms five properties to John Kepeharm and his wife at a rent of 46s. 3d., but if they have no child, all will revert to Oseney. c. 1200. [Both halves of the cirographum are preserved, and they fit together. See MS. D. D. Ch. Ch. O. 320]

Seal: The seal of John Kepeharm is a pointed oval, 1 1/2 inches by 7/8 inch A fish with a crescent on the right, and apparently a star on the left Legend: ‘only the letters SIGILLV can be read’
