Oxford, St. Edward's parish. Robert de Haya sells to Philip the Miller half the large house of Laurence Kepeharm and a rent of 10s. from the three houses next to it on the north. Mich. 1238-Mich. 1239. [The next deed [MS. D. D. Ch. Ch. O. 295] suggests that this deed is a correction of an earlier deed, and that the property was originally granted to Philip the Miller in 1236.]
