A decision by Richard de Hunsingore, official of the archdeacon of Oxford, in a suit brought by Oseney against John de Horewode, rector of Horspath, for two-thirds of the tithes, great and small, of the ancient demesnes of Horspath. The libellus of the procurator of Oseney is given; the rector had no reply and the verdict was for Oseney. 132(3?).
