William Randall of Beccles (Beccles, Suffolk) leases to John Clarlee of Beccles, woollen draper, his wife Anne, only daughter and heir of Robert Randall, late of Denton (Denton, Norfolk), gent., deceased, the tenements left to him by the will of Robert Randall for 6 months with no rent in consideration of sum of 5 shillings.
