Stanton (Stanton etc), Flokton (? Flowton). 1438. Fine and recovery by which Bartholomew Bretenham and Cristina his wife convey to John Coke and Ralph Wyreham their right in a messuage, 140 acres of land, 6 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture, 10 acres of wood, and a rent of 4s. 6d, with appurtenances in Stentoun and Floktoun, to be held of the said John and Ralph by the said Bartholomew and Cristina for life, rendering yearly a roseƶ with remainder to the said John and Ralph, and the heirs of John. Suffolk, the morrow of the ascension, 16 Hen. VI [23 May 1438]
