Otley. 1416. Final agreement, between William Piers of Otley (Ottele), plaintiff, and John Potter of Blakesley (Blakesle co. Northampton), and Margaret his wife, deforciants, by which the latter cede to the former, 2 tofts, 50 acres of land, 2 acres of wood, and 36 shillings rent, in Helmingham (Helmyngham), Cretingham (Gretyngham), Brandeston (Braunston), Framsden (Frammesdene), and Monewden (Mondene), for 40 marks of silver. Completed within a month of Easter, 4 Hen. V [19 April, 1416] before Norton J.C.P.
