Needham Street (Needham-Street). 1327. Grant from Walter Persoun of Needham Street (Nedham) to Walter Priour of Gazeley (Gayslee), Petronilla his wife, and John their son, of a piece of arable land, in the croft of the said Walter persoun, and next to the land of the said Walter Priour with one and abutting on the land of the prior and convent of Stokes and in width one perch. Dated at Needham Street (Nedham), on Monday the feast of St Thomas Apostle, 1 Edw. III [21 Dec, 1327] Witnesses: Walter le Inercer, Robert of Hapetone, William Sperlyng, John Dersoun, John Aumener of Needham Street (Nedham), and others. The seal is wanting.
