Kentford. 1432. Grant from John Benne of Kentford (Kentefordre) to John Clerke, chaplain, and Thomas West of Moulton (Multone) of a toft in Kenteforde, net the messuage of John Clerke on the east, and the meadow of William Levote on the west, abutting on the south on the highway, and on the north on the stream. Dated at Kentford (Kenteforde), on Monday [20 Oct.] after the feast of the translation of St Etheldred, 11 Henry VI [1432]. Witnesses. John Hadonham, John Wymbyssh, sen., John Whyte of Kentford (Kenteforde), and others. With seal.
