Higham. 1359. Grant from Edmund, son of Thomas of Heiham, to Emma his sister, of the same, of 1.5 acres of arable land in the field called 'le Breche', between the lands of the Earl of Stafford, and extending from the highway called 'Beriweie', to the (common) heath of Heiham. Dated at Higham (Heiham), Monday the feast of the Annunciation, 33 Ed. III [25 March, 1359]. Witnesses: John Bunting, Edmund Bunting, Thomas ate Monekes, John Treiambe, Richard Colat, Richard Spaine, John Fyche, and others. The seal is wanting.
