Higham. 1350-1351. Grant from John Fyche of Higham (Heyham), to William Salle, of the half of a house with curtilage adjoining, once held by John, son of Roger Cristemase, lying between the messuage once held by Margaret Stone, and the tenement of John son of Robert of Honedene, abutting at one end, on 'le Ouertoungreue'. Dated, at Higham (Heyham), Thursday, the feast of St Mathias Apostle, 25 Ed. III [24 Feb. 1350-51]. Witnesses: John Buntyng, Edmund Buntyng, John Smythe, John Spayne, John Treiambe, and others. The seal is wanting.
