Higham 1316. Grant from Maud (Matildis), widow of John Blakenger of Higham (Heyham, of the parish of Gaysle) , to Albric Perdric of Denham St Mary (Denham), chaplain, a sum of money, of a messuage in the hamlet of Heyham, lying between the messuage of Loteman le Waleys, and the land of John Fych, upon which one end abuts, while the other abuts upon the highway. Dated at Higham (Heyham), Sunday [16 May] before the feast of St Dunstan, Bishop, 9 Edw. II [1316]. Witnesses: Thomas Passelewe, Thomas son of Thomas, John Fych, Water of Saham, Roger Robbe, and others. The seal is wanting. Endorsed: De Matild' Blakynger.
