NETHERAVEN. Fine made at Westminster, 26 Ed. III, and afterward on the quindene of St. Michael an. 28 between John Tot of Netheraven and Alice his wife, plaintiffs, and Roger le Sauser and Joan his wife, defendants, by which the said defendants acknowledge a messuage, 27 acres of land, 1 1/2 acre of meadow, and 20 sheep, in Netheraven, to belong to the said John; and the said plaintiffs quit-claim to the said Roger and Joan all right to a messuage, 20 1/2 acres of land, and 1 acre of meadow. For this quit-claim the said John and Alice gave to Roger and Joan 20 marks of silver.
