WEFORD and HASTAY. Thomas, the prior, and convent of Canewell remit and quit-claim to sir William de Oddyngeseles, kt., a certain old ditch which divides his park of Woford and their wood of Hastay, for exchange of lands and tenements between their house of Canwell on the one part, and sir Ralph de Lymeseye and the lady Joan de Hoddyngeseles of the other, provided that neither party shall be able to claim anything from the other by reason of the ditch. Dated at Weford the day of Conception of the B. V. M., 23 Ed. I.
