Letters patent of K. Henry VIII, dated at Westminster, 5 July, 7th of his reign, being a pardon to William Humfreston of Humfreston, esq., Robert Bentale of Bentale, gentleman, William Priesley of Bentley , Thomas Maydley of Norton , Stephen Marnall of Stapulford , and Thomas Gardyner, yeomen, collectors of the 2nd fifteenths and tenths granted 12 Hen. VII in the county of Salop , and Thomas Fowler , son and heir and tenant of the lands and tenements which were John Fowler's of Brocton, gentleman, and Richard Banaster of Hadnall, esq., son and heir of John Banaster , other collectors of the 2nd fifteenths and tenths in the same county.
