Peter Blod , son of Humphrey Blod , grants to the prior and canons of Tunebrige a croft which lies to the right of the way which leads from Tunebrige to Winchelese, and also 6d. annual rent received from Bartholomew the physician from a messuage in the burgage of Tunbridge which he holds of him. Witn. Sir Richard de Aquila, seneschal, Hugh vicar of Tunebrige . (c. 1230-40.)
