STOCCELE. Commission from Hamo, bishop of Rochester , to Hugh de Forsham and John de Foderyngheye , rectors of the churches of Sunderesshe [Sundridge] near Chytyngston and of Stone near Dartford, to determine the right to the tithe of a certain piece of land held by John de Suthwik at Stoccele , claimed by the prior and convent of Rochester as appropriators of the church of St. Margaret, Rochester, on the one side, and by the prior and convent of Ledes as appropriators of the church of Chatham on the other. Dated at Trottesclyice, 10 kl. Dec., 1330.
