Richard Gerard grants to William de Birchovere three messuages, the half of one bovate and three acres of land in Wynster. Also he gave the same William all his goods moveable and immoveable in the same tenement at the time of the making of this charter. Dated at Wynster the Monday on the feast of the beheading of St. John the baptist, 8 Ed. III.
