WINSTER. Indenture witnessing that William de Birchover demises to Richard Gerard and Agnes his wife 3 messuages, half a bovate of land, 3 acres of land, with a meadow adjoining in Wynster, paying annually for the same 17d. of silver. Dated at Winster the Thursday next after the feast of the beheading of St. John the baptist, 8 Ed. III.
