CALDWELL, Priory of. Process at Eynesham before the abbot of Eynesham, appointed judge by Pope John [XXII] between the abbot and convent of Oseney of the one part, and the prior and convent of Caldwell of the other part, concerning the claim of the former to an annual pension from the latter. A.D. Monday after feast of St Hilary1322. [Mutilated, and in great part illegible.] [MS. Ch. Beds. 16 was part of MS. Rolls Beds. 1, to which it has been restored. E.W.B.N. 20.4.1906.
