I, witnesseth that William Gray , surviving son of Richard Gray, citizen and haberdasher of London , and of Alice his wife, sells and assigns unto the said Richard Gray, his father, two messuages within three Lyon yard alias Grayes alley, in the parish of St. Dyonise Backchurch, in consideration of the receipt of an annual payment of £26.
