Robert de Broc of Little Tywa grants to John Long (dicto longo) , of the same village, one messuage and one virgate of land, formerly held by Gilbert le Mason , paying annually at Easter one halfpenny. For this grant he gave 9s. sterling. [ Robert, son of Robert de Broc and Richard de Saunford ] (The names are filled up from deeds which are copied in the Oseney Chartulary). (c. 1280-90.) .
