Helen, daughter of Ralph de Stepuleston , in her widowhood, grants to Robert, son of Alan ad Fonten of Stepuleston , for 40s., a certain house, formerly a solar, with a curtilage opposite, in Little Tiwa, near the messuage of Richard de Aldeswrthe , which Ralph her father gave her in marriage dowry, saving to her the whole of the arable land with the field adjoining the said tenement; rendering annually one sunflower. (c. 1280-90.) .
