John Bryan, citizen of London , and John his son, recite that whereas William, vicar of Cudlington , Ralph Hale , and John Worton , hold one toft 8 acres of land in Stone and Hertwell in demesne as of fee, and John Bracy and Alina his wife hold for their life one messuage one carucate of land and 12 acres of meadow in the same villages, the reversion belonging to the said William, Ralph, and John, which said lands, &c. are held of the said John and John by an annual payment of 9s., by this charter they grant license to the said William, Ralph, and John to enable them to assign the said lands to the abbot and convent of Oseney. Dated 10 February, 13 Ric. II.
