S[imon] and W., abbots of Thame and Bruern, and N[icholas], prior of Eynesham , by authority of a letter of Pope Innocent III, dated the Monday next after the feast of St. Gregory, in the year of our Lord 1216, determine a cause concerning two parts of the tithe of 7 1/2 acres of the lordship of Thomas de St. Walery in Rovelesham between the abbot and canons of Oseney against Ingeram, rector of a moiety of the church of Rovelesham .
