John de Bybury grants to the church of St. Mary of Oseney and Thomas de Cudelynton, the abbot, and canons of the same, in frankalmoigne, a toft and five cottages in the parish of St. Thomas the martyr. Dated at Oxon the Tuesday next after the feast of the Assumption B.V. M., 7 Ed. III. Witn. Rich Cary, mayor of Oxford , Henry de Stonlage and John Bloundel , bailiffs.
