Geoffrey, rector of the church of Acstede , grants to the church and canons of St. Mary, Oseney, in frankalmoigne, the whole of that land with appurtenances between the land of Henry, son of Henry, son of Simon , and the land of Robert Coc in Stokwellestret, in the suburbs of Oxford and parish of St. Thomas the martyr, paying annually to the chief lord of the fee 20d. Witnesses. William, rector of the church of St. Benedict, near Cornulle , John Sewy and Hugh Herding , then provosts of Oxford, Jordan their clerk. (c. 1239.) .
