Hugh Tailur grants to Geoffrey the clerk, rector of the church of Acsted (Oxted) , that messuage with appurtenances which is between the land of Henry, son of Simon , and the land of Robert Cok , in Stocwellestrete in the suburb of Oxford, paying annually to him and his heirs 2s. For this grant the said Geoffrey gave 40s. (c. 1220.) .
