Richard, son of William le Spicer, of Oxford , grants to Nicholas Hosel of Lillingston [Lillingstone Dayrell or Lillingstone Lovell], and Alice, daughter of the late William de Hedingdon of Oxford , his wife, a messuage in Cattestrete in the parish of St. Peter in the east, between a tenement of John de Schipford on the south, and a tenement of the abbot and convent of Eynesham on the north. Witnesses. William de Burncestre, then mayor, Richard Cary and Gilbert de Grensted , then bailiffs of Oxford. Dated at Oxford the Tuesday next after the feast of the Annunciation B.M.V., 11 Ed. [II] (1318).
