Indenture witnesseth that whereas George Skidmore and Thomas Wymunde of Oxford have granted, and by their charter dated at Oxford, 19 January, 11 Hen. VI, confirmed, to John Mersshfeld of Oxford , one messuage situate in the suburbs of Oxford in the parish of St. Michael's at the south gate, which they had by the concession of John Ypesden of Abyndon and William Swanburne , it is upon the condition of his paying for the same £32 at three several terms. Dated 19 January, [1433] 11 Henry VI.
