Convention between William, the abbot, and convent of Oseney, of the one part, and Robert Blankeneye of the other, namely, the said abbot and convent demise to farm to Robert one area of land and one stable, which lie between the land of the abbot on the north, and the land of Henry Owayn on the south, the land of Richard le Barbur on the west, and the land of the said Robert on the east, in the parish of St. Michael at the north gate, paying annually 3s. Witnesses. Nicholas de Kyngeston, then mayor, Thomas de Sowy and Ralph le Plummer , then bailiffs of Oxford. Dated on the morrow of St. Dunstan, 1283.
