Final concord in the king's court at Westminster on the morrow of the Ascension of our Lord, 5 Ed. I, between William, the abbot of Oseney [1277], plaintiff, and William de Wodeston and Emma his wife, deforciants, concerning a third part of one messuage and one carucate of land, and 18s. 9d. annual rent, in Adburbury, by which William and Emma quit-claim to the abbot and his successors and his church of Oseney all their right in the said land &c., by the name of dowry. For this the abbot gave 100s. sterling.
