John de Wodestok and Lucy his wife quit-claim for ever to Thomas, son of Adam de Huntindon , and his heirs, all their right in that place and half an acre of land with appurtenances, and the growing crop, which lies in Bruggesete, between the land of Robert Aunifrey on the one part, and the land of Richard Herin on the other part, in Bruggesete, in the parish of St. Clement, without the east gate of Oxford, (c. 1270-80.)
