John de Bradmer grants to William his nephew, son of Adam Spyle and Batha(?), the grantor's sister, and , sister and to Edmund de Elwedon, chaplain, one messuage and certain lands in Mildenhall (Mildenhale), and rents in Barton Mills (Barton) and Herringswell (Herningewelle), to provide two chaplains to celebrate divine services for his soul and all the faithful, &c. in Mildenhall (Mildenhale), viz. the said William and Edmund, and after their deaths to trustees to appoint succession. (c. 1260-70.) [One of the trustees, Robert, prior of St. Eadmund, was prior from c. 1257 to 1280.]
