Indenture between John Hearinge son and heir of John Hearinge of Mendham, deceased, and Thomas Freston of the same, esq., conveying to the latter certain messuages, etc. to hold until William Hearinge come to the age of 21, on consition of his undertaking the sole executorship of the will of the said John Hearinge, deceased. Dated 30 Sept. 6 Charles [I], 1630.
