Final concord, dated on the octave of St. Michael, 21 James I, between John Utber, gent., plaintiff, and Philip Hayward, gent., and Gislaham Wolhowse, gent., and Elizabeth his wife, defendants, concerning 80 acres of land and two acres of pasture in Lowestoft (Lowstoft), for which the plaintiff gives them £100.
