Alice Neve, widow, late wife of John Prymour, and John and William Mortoft grant to John Sannowe of Bedingham (Bedyngham) and two others all those messuages, lands, &c. in Lound, Blundeston, and Ashby (Askeby), as by a charter dated 20 Jan., 14 Hen. VII (1499), appears; to be conveyed to the said Alice on her marriage by banks to William C(?)olandour (?). Dated at Lound, 20 May, 12 Hen. VI (1434)H.
