ERYSWELL. Agreement between Robert de Tudenham, kt., and John, abbot of Bury St. Edmund, made before the judges itinerant at Cattishall (Catteshel) 15 Ed. [I], by which upon certain conditions he renounces all claim and recognises the right of the abbot and convent of Bury to a view of frankpledge for the village of Eriswell (Eryswell).
