Ralph Spake and 3 others grant to John Parmenter of Stowmarket (Stowemarcat) and 2 others all the lands and tenements acquired of Alice and Joan Spake in the villages of Coddenham, Creeting All Saints, and Creeting St Mary (Creeting St. Mary), with the reversion of the land held as dowry by Mariota, wife of the late John Spake. Dated at Coddenham, 8 April, 26 Ed. III (1352).
