Agnes Bernard and Isabella her daughter of Coddenham (Codenham) remit and quitclaim to William Sewyne of the same village all their right in three pieces of land in Coddenham (Codenham), with one pyttel, and rents of 18d, one day's work in autumn, and one hen at Christmas. Dated at Coddenham (Codenham) the Sunday next after the feast of the Purification of the B. V. M., 4 Ed. III (4 Feb. 1330).
