Indenture made 30 May, 1657, by which Edward Freeman of Wymondham (Wymondham, Norfolk), husbandman, in consideration of the sum of fifty pounds, demises to Joseph Alexander of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), apothecary, in Guildhall street, a messuage in Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund) for 30 years, at an annual rent of a pepper corn.
