Thomas Purdon of Redgrave, John Hamelyn of Weston, and Thomas Lovesson of Bury St Edmunds (Bury) grant to Thomas Turnur of Bury St Edmunds (Bury) and Margaret his wife, John Hegge, Robert Turnur, William Lawnde and William Bulbroke, two messuages in the village of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), in the street called 'Estgatestrete', paying yearly 8s. 8d. for 22 years. Dated at Bury St Edmunds (Bury) aforesaid, 6 February, 2 Rich, III. Witn. Thomas Heigham, esq., and William Helperby, bailiffs.
