Robert Drake of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), carpenter, Matilda his wife, Thomas Turnur, a carpenter, and Thomas Barry, "corvoiser" demise to John Mannyng, labourer, Thomas Pykerell, yeoman, Robert Smyth, yeoman and William Talyes, butcher, a certain messuage in Bury St Edmunds (Bury) aforesaid, in the street called Overbaxterestrete alias Wellystrete. Dated at Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), 23 December, 10 Hen. VII (1494).
