John Clopton, esq., William Thweyte, senior, gent., and Thomas Bunnyng, mercer, demise to John Coote, gent. and Margaret his wife, of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), one tenement late John Skeet's situated within the borough of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), in the street called 'Hennecotestrete alias Bernewellestrete' viz. between a messuage late William Coote's and a lane called 'Bryteslane;' also another messuage in the same town and street.
