Edmund Lerlyn of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), Agnes his wife, Edmund Baker, weaver, David Humfrey, baker, and Robert Totay, "corvoser" demise to Robert Drake and Matilda his wife, John Aylewyn, weaver, Thomas Turnour, carpenter, and Thomas Barry, a messuage, way and garden within the town of Bury St Edmunds (Bury) aforesaid, in the street called Overbaxterestrete alias Wellestrete, on condition of payment of £6 at fixed times during five years. Dated at Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), 16 September, 14 Ed. IV (1474). Witn. Thomas Gret, alderman, Thomas Heigham, esq. and William Helperby, bailiffs.
