John Bonde, chaplain, grants to William Lelye and Agnes his wife three cottages in the town of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), in the street called 'Oldbaxsteristrete'. Dated at Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund) the Sunday next after the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, 12 Hen. IV (28 June 1411). Witn. William Methewold, alderman, Ralph Chaunberleyn and Robert Sonwetone, bailiffs.
