Indenture witnessing that whereas Ralph Bayle of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), draper, has granted to Henry Kyrton of Bury St Edmunds (Bury) aforesaid and Agnes his wife one tenement in the village of Bury St Edmunds (Bury St. Edmund), in the street called le Heyestrete, it is on condition of their paying during two years without the delay of a single day at stated periods 8 marks and 10s. (c. 1390-1400.)
