BBAMPSTON. Indenture between Adam Reyner, master of the hospital of St. James, Donewic, of one part, and John Crakenell of Brampton (Bramston) of the other, witnesseth that the master and brethren and sisters of the hospital have demised to the said John two pieces of land lying in Brampton (Bramston) for 30 years, at an annual rent of 2s. l0d. Dated on the feast of St. Mary Magdalen, 15 Hen. VII (22 July 1500).
