John Ansty, sen., appoints Gilbert Clerbek his attorney to deliver seisin of a tenement called 'Bernerdes' in Great Waldingfield (Great Waldingfeld). Dated at Great Waldingfield or Little Waldingfield (Waldingfeld) the Monday next after the feast of St. James the apostle, 9 Hen. VI (30 July 1431).
