John, son of Nicholas de Wygeberthe, remits and quit-claims to William, son of Alan de Goldingham, as his chief lord, for forty shillings all right and claim in a tenement which Walter of the marsh ("de marisco") of Westhorpe (Westorpe) held of the said John to his ancestors in the same village, also in two tenements in Great Waldingfield or Little Waldingfield (Waldyngfeld) held respectively by Will. de Feypo and Rich. son of Matthew de Subire and 3s. annual rent from the latter. (c. 1260-70.)
